We discuss Jon Stewart's appearance in Congress and how he 'schools' the Judiciary subcommittee on fiscal responsibility as it relates to 9/11 first responder's 'Health & Compensation Act' ....Does it take a high-profile personality to represent the citizenry and confront elected officials and bodies of government get them to perform their function?
